What I do when I'm worried...

Hello Humans!
I hope this post finds you happy and healthy. I am noticing that I am seeing fewer and fewer humans around. Are you all at home with your dogs too!? They are so lucky to have you with them so much!
Yesterday, one of my favourite followers asked me a question about how I feel about the virus. Well sometimes I do get worried but what I do is try to focus on the positive things in my day like couch pats, dropped food and long walks. It's ok to feel worried but the most important thing to do is to tell someone. Even your dog! I tell MH all the time but she's not as good at listening as I am.
It's also good to have a little goal or project you want to complete each day. Yesterday, my goal was to follow MH everywhere she went and I did it! She got a bit annoyed sometimes (especially in the toilet!) but I was just showing her how much I love her!
Enjoy the sunshine when you can get outdoors. Look at the beautiful walk we went on yesterday. TH ate a biscuit while he was in his cart but I found more poop so I guess I'm the winner!
